Your eyes, hypnotizing like the beauty of the sea

To be with you would set my heart free

My soul sets sail with every breath you inspire

The thought of you makes my heart soar higher

Your words entice my heart to sing

Every text, every talk… Oh the joy that you bring

I wish you could see yourself through my eyes

To know your true value beyond this world’s lies

Yet it hurts me so, for I cannot share

These dreams of love, so hard to bear

I’ve been forewarned “Don’t tread this path”

Too late. Only time will tell how long it will last

To my heart, you unknowingly hold the key

But maybe one day you’ll return it to me
